Copper River Sockeye, wild and sustainably caught in Alaska, are special. They are the first salmon species to run in the spring and are often described as the finest salmon in the world. Our Copper River sockeye salmon are wild and sustainably caught out of Cordova, AK using small gillnet boats. Caught in the 2026 salmon season and frozen immediately for premium quality that will last a full year in the freezer.
