The assortment changes with the harvest and may include several different varieties, sizes, shapes, and colors. Expect natural variation in size, shape, color, and ripeness. Small cracks, irregular shapes, and cosmetic marks are normal for heirlooms and don't affect flavor. What Do They Taste Like? Rich, savory, and complex, with balanced sweetness and acidity.
