Hibiki 21 Year Old

A fine example of expert blending from Suntory, bringing together spirits from Yamazaki Distillery, Hakushu Distillery and Chita Distillery. This elegant combination opens with a layered nose of fresh berries and ripe tropical fruit. The palate follows with notes of baked apple tart, preserved apricot and a gentle touch of matured cigar leaf. Hibiki 21 Year Old presents a refined and more developed expression of the character found in the much admired 12 and 17 year old releases.
