If your item has a manufacturing defect — a broken clasp, a faulty finish, a structural issue — we'll replace it. No receipts to dig up. No lengthy claims process. WHAT'S COVERED • Manufacturing defects • Broken or faulty clasp • Structural damage under normal wear WHAT'S NOT COVERED • Normal wear and tear • Accidental damage • Lost or stolen items • Claims submitted without returning the defective item HOW IT WORKS 1. Contact us at support@elegatto.com with your order number and a description of the issue 2. Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days 3. If approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label to send the item back 4. Once received and inspected, we'll send your replacement within 2–3 business days A physical return of the defective item is required to process all replacements. This allows us to inspect every claim and maintain the quality standard Elegatto is built on.
