Magnet: Museum Logo
A magnet is a time-honoured souvenir of a museum visit, and our range will be certain to earn their place on your fridge or magnetic notice board. This sturdy magnet features the line drawing of the London landmark that is the facade of Sir John Soane's Museum. Soane bought the houses at No.s 12-14 Lincoln's Inn Fields between 1792 and 1823, demolishing and rebuilding them to create an extraordinary building which was at once a private residence, an office for his architectural practice and a showcase for his expanding collection of works of art and architectural fragments. Soane left the house to the nation on his death in 1837, and the result is the Museum that you can visit to this day. 75 x 50mm
