How to Wear The front-fastening design makes this vest particularly straightforward to put on, even when reaching overhead is uncomfortable. Wear it like a waistcoat, then fasten the hook and eye closure to your preferred level of compression. 1 Open the front fastening Fully unhook both rows of the hook and eye closure so the vest opens flat. 2 Slide your arms through Put it on like a waistcoat, sliding one arm through at a time. 3 Position the vest Pull the vest down so it sits flat against your torso with the hem at your waistline. 4 Fasten from the bottom up Hook the bottom fastening first, then work upwards. Choose the inner row for firmer compression or the outer row for a more relaxed fit. 5 Smooth and adjust Run your hands down the front of the vest to make sure the fabric sits flat and the hooks are aligned. 6 Final check The vest should feel firm and supportive, not painful or restrictive.
