Faustin Ribilimana

This single origin is from a single producer, Faustin Ribilimana and his wife, Judith Kankera, which is unlike most Rwandan coffees which are from multiple smallholders through a washing station. Single produced microlots, like this one, are very special and it is s due to Ribilimana owning a larger farm of 1,240 coffee trees and being part of the Dukunde Kawa Cooperative, who operate their own dry mill, which means they can process smaller lots individually.
