If you choose to add the 3M Red Liner two face tape, it will be applied across the backside of the item, which is more than enough to hold it to the fender as long as the fender area is properly cleaned and any wax and grease removed before applying. If you choose NO, you will have to apply your own adhesive. These items are made from Cast Acrylic, UV resistant, shatter resistant and very durable.
