A sweetly floral green tea that is a classic around the world. This tea is crafted by taking earthy green tea and scenting it with jasmine blossoms. This jasmine green tea is richer and more bold than our Jasmine Dragon Pearls. The artisan process of crafting this tea starts with tender and young green tea leaves that are harvested in the early spring. These high quality tea leaves undergo a traditional jasmine scenting process. Scenting of tea occurs when tea leaves are intentionally exposed to aromatic scents. The tea leaves absorb the fragrance and in turn impart a delicious flavor to the tea. This traditional process occurs when tea leaves are delicately layered with jasmine petals which allows the two elements, green tea and jasmine petals, to marry. The earthy green tea leaves absorb the floral aroma and sweet taste of the jasmine petals. To craft a premium level jasmine green tea, new jasmine flowers are switched out every few hours over a 24-hour period to ensure that the most fresh and strongest jasmine scents are intertwined with the green tea.
