Estate grown Grüner Veltliner. Crushed to press, naturally fermented and matured in seasoned large format oak, on full lees. Full malolactic fermentation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Pale straw. Complex nose offering depth and elegance: white nectarine, lemon butter, grapefruit skin, white pepper, rocket/arugula, sliced celery, flint and a hint of malt. A palate filled with intensity and energy, but relishing in its depth and complexity. Dry, with creamy width and savoury textural edges. With lip smacking salinity and a fine, focused finish.
