Crafted from Narrogin-grown wheat and aged for over six years in Perth’s Mediterranean climate, it pours a deep dark amber – rich, warm, and distinctly Whipper Snapper. On the nose, caramel, mocha, and raw honey rise gently from the glass. The palate is rich and velvety, unfolding with layers of caramel, chocolate, and dried dark fruits, balanced with a soft, rounded sweetness.
