Specially formulated to decompose and improves soil quality by adding valuable nutrients to your lawn and garden. Eliminates the extra work of raking off at the end of the season or when your lawn comes in. Porous, allowing moisture and air to flow through, while providing protection and insulation. Packaged in a UV treated, recyclable bag for easy and mess free transportation and storage. Applications & Usage Apply between ¼” and 4” depending on your usage goals (see chart below). Use in-between and around vegetables, annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees to protect soil, conserve water, suppress weeds, and enrich soil. Spread evenly over newly planted grass seed to maintain moisture, protect from the sun and prevent erosion. Allow to biodegrade either over 3 – 4 weeks or all season, depending on the decomposition estimates (see chart below).
