Frozen - Pork Schnitzel w/Piccata Sauce

This is a delicious Pork meal your whole family will love. Pork loin is thinly sliced, tenderized, lightly breaded and pan-fried to perfection. It is served with our lemony Piccata Sauce. Size & Packaging Size: Small (2 servings) A Small contains 2 pork cutlets (approx. 10 oz pork) and 1 cup Piccata Sauce Packaged in a compostable container and plastic. Ingredients Ingredients, Pork Schnitzel: Pork loin, Panko breadcrumb (wheat flour, cane sugar, yeast, salt), egg, Wheat Montana flour, light olive oil, and WN salt seasoning (sugar, white, salt, cayenne, sweet paprika, powdered garlic, ground black pepper). Ingredients, Piccata Sauce: White wine, lemon juice, chicken stock, butter, capers, shallots, garlic, milk, arrowroot starch, s&p. Preparation To serve: Heat oven to 350F. Warm pork cutlets for 15-20 minutes, until heated through. Warm piccata on the stove over medium-low heat, stirring often until warmed through.
