Laphroaig – Oak Select

Laphroaig Oak Select is an approachable Islay single malt from one of Scotland’s most iconic peated whisky distilleries. Founded in 1815 on the southern coast of Islay, Laphroaig is renowned for its medicinal smoke, maritime character, and unmistakable peat influence. Select Cask was created to introduce a softer interpretation of the distillery’s classic style through a combination of carefully selected cask types. On the nose, it offers gentle peat smoke, vanilla cream, citrus zest, and toasted oak with subtle maritime salinity. The palate is smooth and balanced with notes of sweet smoke, honey, coconut, charred oak, and soft spice, finishing with lingering peat embers and light medicinal tones.
