B-COOL YTRM | 12V & 24V DC Rooftop No-Idle Air Conditioner, Purpose-Built for Yard Trucks

The B-COOL YTRM is the only rooftop no-idle air conditioner in the B-COOL lineup purpose-built for yard trucks — also known as terminal tractors, spotter trucks, or hostler trucks. Compatible with Kalmar, Ottawa, Capacity, Tico, Autocar, and other major yard truck platforms, the YTRM delivers the highest airflow of any unit we make at 460 m³/h, and comes standard with the Hybrid Control Panel, ignition cut-off, a 30ft power cable, stainless mounting hardware, and roof cut templates — everything a yard truck operator or fleet manager needs to get up and running fast. Powered by 12V or 24V DC, the YTRM runs entirely off the vehicle's battery system. No engine idling. No shore power. No generator. Yard trucks spend most of their shift at low speed or idle — the YTRM eliminates the need to run the engine for cab cooling, reducing fuel costs, engine wear, and idle emissions across the entire fleet. At 99 lbs with a 29.1 x 37.9 in footprint, the YTRM shares the same chassis as the 12RM Dual Fan but is spec'd and kitted specifically for the demands of yard truck and port operations.
