Seminar Breakdown: Work through the What-When Redirecting Worry Model to assist parents and students navigate worry and everyday challenges. Complete steps in the worry model aimed at developing resourcefulness and achieving a balance between self management and obtaining healthy support. Dr Danielle Einstein is a clinical psychologist in her own private practice in Sydney. She has been providing treatment for anxiety disorders for nearly 30 years. She started her career as Head of the Anxiety Clinic at Westmead Hospital and has researched optimal ways to influence technology use in youth alongside her clinical work in a range of projects with secondary school teachers and academics. In 2013, Dr Einstein published a review of uncertainty within treatment to help clinicians ensure that they challenge uncertainty within traditional CBT and ACT techniques. Since then she has been working on new methods to target uncertainty efficiently with teens, young adults, adults and parents who worry excessively.
