When we tested both side by side, every single person preferred the corned beef — cleaner flavour, more tender, less salt-forward and better balanced across the whole sandwich. We made the change because it is simply the better experience. Slow-cooked corned beef, sliced generously onto thick-cut premium white bread with melted Edam, sauerkraut — naturally fermented cabbage that cuts through the richness beautifully — pickled gherkins and house burger sauce.
