This is a well-balanced, supple and energetic wine that balances cool minerality with delicate pepperiness and fine tannins on the finish. Dani, the winemaker behind DiT Celler, is also known for his work at Azul Y Garanza, but he first fell in love with vines in Monstant. DiT Celler now produces the first certified organic wines of the region, with their main vineyard surrounded by forests, protected by the Llaberia mountain range and cooled down by the late-afternoon marine air that gives their wines a particular vibrancy and freshness.
