Coeur de Cuvée Blend #13

Saison Coeur de Cuvée is a series of blends of some of our finest wine barrel fermented and aged Saisons. This thirteenth release contains a blend of an Oak Aged Lager and Oak Aged Hefeweizen, both aged with our native microflora before being dry-hopped with Nelson, Citra and Galaxy hops and then conditioned for an extended period of time in this bottle with select Brettanomyces strains and being shared with you.
