This single origin is produced by Alirio and his wife Anayibe Ortiz. Alirio has worked to specialise and produce some adventurous coffee vartieties, such as - pink bourbon, bourbon aji, caturra, sidra, chiroso, pacas, ombligón, red bourbon, colombia amarillo, and caturrón varieties, laurina and wush wush. Bourbon aji is actually an Ethiopian Landrace variety however it was "first" discovered and produced near Bruselas, Huila.
