Vintage 1995 Miniature Original Art Painting in Chunky Tan Wood Frame - Artist Signed

The painting in the centre is painted on a thin piece of wood, affixed to the white mat, and then put in the chunky wood frame. There is a sawtooth hanger on the back for hanging but the picture can also stand on its own, since the frame is so sturdy and thick. Artist signed on the back but I can't read the signature. Signed in 1995. 3.25" by 3.75" and 1.25" thick
