The Super Rhino is built to standard barbell specs (87 inches, 1-5/8 inch diameter) and rated for 1,000 lbs, but it still flexes the way every RhinoFlex does. Squats, bench press and deadlifts on a bar that protects the joints without softening the training.The center wraps in RhinoFlex carbon knurling. The outer grip uses RhinoNurl, a knurling material made by 3M.
