How to Check the Fit (See 2nd Photo): Leather Pad Size (Blue & Yellow lines): The central leather pad, which rests against your hand and instrument, measures 7.5 cm (2.95 in.) in height and 4 cm (1.57 in.) in width. Trombone Slide Attachment (Red line): Each side Velcro strap is 4 cm (1.57 in.) long, giving a total flat width of 12 cm (4.7 in.). To ensure a secure fit, wrap a string around your trombone slide tubes to measure their circumference. (For reference: The trombone shown in our photos has a tube circumference of 7 cm (2.75 in.), which allows the side Velcro straps to overlap completely for maximum security. Your tubes should be between 7 cm and 10 cm in circumference to close properly). Hand Grip Loop (Green line): The top vertical strap is 12 cm (4.7 in.) long. (Note: The bottom vertical strap is identical). These two straps overlap to form a comfortable, adjustable loop for your hand.
