A natural labradorite cabochon from Tabor Island, Nain, Labrador, Canada. The original place where labradorite was first discovered and named after. Weighing 29 carats, this piece features vivid blue labradorescence across the polished face. Completely natural and untreated. Erik acquired an old collection of Canadian minerals in August of 2025, including the rough labradorite from Tabor Island, Nain, Labrador. The labradorite was mined between 1989 and 1993 and sourced directly from one of the original miners. Erik has worked in-person with a cutting partner in Thailand to release a limited collection of cabochons from this old-stock labradorite, rarely available on the market today.
