HOW TO USE: Run your bath and add about 2 tablespoons of Bath Salt if you are new to mineral bathing. Add up to 5 if you're a seasoned pro. Let it infuse and dissolve for 5 minutes before sinking into the water and soak for 15-30 min max in the beginning, working up to one our over the next few months.
