Notes of fresh white grapefruit wash over savory lemon pith, supported by a distinct, saline current. The mouthfeel is textured for such a crisp wine, leading into a bracing, zippy finish which lingers with refreshing acidity. WINEMAKER'S NOTES: Hand-picked and gently whole-cluster pressed into stainless steel for cool fermentation– Aging in one neutral oak barrique and 25% aged in a concrete egg on lees for 5 months.
