Lark Fire Trail Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky

Lark Fire Trail No. 151 is a Tasmanian single malt whisky from the Lark Signature Collection, aged in rare Port and Sherry casks then finished in ex-Bourbon and American oak wine casks. An approachable yet complex single malt with notes of baked pear, golden caramel, vibrant citrus and a wisp of cedarwood on the nose. The palate reveals chocolate ganache, stewed mulberries, vanilla custard and apricot compote, finishing with dark cocoa-kissed hazelnuts and bush honey.
