Original/Plain Wet(ish) beef biltong made using a traditional South African biltong recipe. It is a softer and thicker biltong made using our own biltong spice. (Ingredients used in this product are derived from wheat and soy but contain no detectable traces of gluten). Best kept refrigerated.
