Artesunate 120mg

Product: Artesunate 120 mg/vial (non-sterile powder) – Investigational Use Only Reconstitution: Add Sodium Bicarbonate 8.4% Injection 5 mL, shake well, stand 15 minutes to ensure complete dissolution (solution may appear cloudy initially then clear). Do not use if particulate persists. Critical sterility step: The reconstituted liquid is NON-STERILE → DO NOT inject directly into an IV bag or patient. Filter through the supplied 0.22 µm PVDF sterile filter into the IV bag prior to any administration. Concentration after reconstitution Artesunate: 240 mg / 5 mL = 48 mg/mL Per-mL breakdown (in the reconstituted vial) Artesunate: 48 mg/mL Sodium bicarbonate 8.4% diluent: 1.0 mL/mL (i.e., the entire vehicle is sodium bicarbonate solution)
