👨🏼🌾 White Wine made by Olivier Pithon. A white wine that tastes of the south wind. Predominantly Maccabeu, then Grenache Blanc and Gris, grown on schist and clay: the combination is luminous, dry, and deeply mouth-watering. The nose evokes almond blossom, fresh pear, and wild fennel. On the palate, it rolls smoothly with a gentle acidity and a slightly saline finish. It's simple, good, and makes you crave bread, sheep's cheese, or grilled fish with a squeeze of lemon.
