Shark Evo 6 Bolt Brake Disc Rotor

Following the success of Galfer's Shark brake discs, the new EVO Version adds a floating carrier for optimized performance. The new 7075-T6 aerospace grade aluminium carriers are available in three finishes: Kashima: Hard wearing finish to match Fox Factory suspension. Black Anodized: Complements any build. Raw: Draws attention to the CNC machining. The larger braking surface is laser cut from high-carbon stainless steel. The rotor attaches to the carrier using 8mm hollow aluminium rivets, allowing a small amount of side movement which improves braking efficiency and even pad wear. The carriers are CNC machined and designed to be lightweight and rigid. Shark discs are slightly thicker than standard at 2.0 mm, again for improved heat dissipation. "Shark fin" design increases surface are for better cooling. Wave shape helps with clearing water and mud from the brake pads. Direct replacement for your existing discs.
