2024 - CASTERA FRANCK LIHOUR - Jurançon Sec "Autres Pentes"

This cuvée comes from steep, southeast-facing slopes, where Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng grapes draw their intensity. The grapes, harvested at perfect ripeness, are gently pressed and aged for an extended period on fine lees, without any oenological additives. The nose blends white peach, candied lemon, and a hint of smoke. On the palate, the wine is ample and generous, supported by crisp acidity and a saline touch that lengthens the finish. A dry Jurançon of character, both sun-drenched and taut, a true reflection of its vibrant slopes.
