Antique Sewing Kit - Black Lacquer Ladies Work Box - Octagonal 19th Century Asian Chinoiserie

This treasure of a sewing box features ornate illustrations on every side of its octagonal shape. Lovely diamond shaped escutcheon on the lock. No key present. Condition: The front right foot has a piece of wood chipped off. The inner tray has several compartments that have broken spacers. Inside the box lid and edge is some chipping. The box itself is in great shape. The back near the hinges shows some sign of cracking and age around the hinge. Measurements:
