Our Indonesian vanilla pods come from LittlePod’s collaborative orchard in Bali, where our farmers use a pioneering system of polyculture. Whilst simultaneously growing a wide variety of crops in the natural rainforest, the LittlePod orchard is creating a self-sustainable ecosystem, contributing to biodiversity and improved soil fertility. Ideal flavour partners: This vanilla type has a unique smoky flavour with earthy undertones. It is best used in rich desserts, chocolates and caramels.
