Older models (pre-2025): The B&O amplifier requires running a new speaker wire T-harness from the amp (rear) to the head unit (front), connected at the factory radio, bypassing the OEM setup. 2025 and newer models: The updated B&O OEM amplifier integrates fully with the existing rear wiring harness—no need to run new wires to the head unit. The original harness is retained entirely in the rear.
