The result is a tender, sweet meat that is unparalleled. Brought to market at 12 -14 weeks rather than the typical 6-8 weeks, these naturally raised chickens dressed out between 4-11 lbs in 2022. This a a delicious tasting meat that was humanly raised and processed.
