City Chicken
This is our new "city chicken" knife, Named after our families polish recipe of fried pork on a stick, and what nate and I called the tore up pigeons in downtown Detroit. It is basically a 4 inch blade version of our cicotte design. This one is made out of 1/8 in thick 80CRV2 with a 58 rockwell hardness. It is 8.5 inches end to end. 4.5 inch handle and a 4 inch cutting edge, pinned up with 3/16 copper tubing.
