This estate is unique. The Carmargue is very low lying, sandy and with high water levels. The temperature remains warm at night due to the proximity of the sea. It is often windy and the air can carry all out of moisture. All of this is what Grenache Gris thrives upon. A stunning rosé that is anything but wishy washy.
