Their innovative needle base ensures an optimal fit with TeleDart® dart syringes, forming a fully sealed and secure unit that promotes efficient administration of medications or anesthetics during fieldwork and conservation programs. TeleDart® needles feature a closed tip and two lateral injection ports located between 0.5 cm and 0.8 cm behind the tip. This design promotes efficient transfer and release of the contents while reducing the risk of clogging during use. To facilitate installation and removal of the needles, a specialized TeleDart® tool is available, specifically designed to work with the needle base.
