In Benidorm (Goggles), Martin Parr transforms an ordinary beach scene into an instantly iconic image. Sunburnt skin, reflective swim goggles, Mediterranean blue tones: every detail feels exaggerated, almost cinematic, yet unmistakably real. Parr’s genius has always lived in this tension. His photographs capture the strange choreography of mass tourism and leisure culture without cynicism, finding humor, vulnerability, and humanity within the spectacle. Translated onto skateboard form, the image becomes even more graphic and immersive, turning a fleeting beachside fragment into a collectible contemporary object. This limited edition skateboard is part of one of the final collections personally approved by Martin Parr and released in collaboration with the Martin Parr Foundation.
