Come to Bristol Pottery Workshops for a glazing workshop! Explore our wonderful range of in-house glazes, and learn how to apply the finishing touches to pottery. Once pottery has been biscuit fired it’s ready for glazing – an activity where you will have lots of fun bringing pottery to life. You will discover how pottery is a blank canvas that can be used to explore creativity in many ways. Dipping, splashing, painting and layering glazes on top of another can give wonderful results! See some of the wonderful glazes that we make! Suitable for: All levels of ability. Perfect if you are new to glazing or if you want to try out glazing again! What’s Included: – An expert glazing tutorial – Our wonderful selection of in-house glazes – A wide selection of tools to use – Lots of guidance for beginners or less if you want space for creative freedom. Sustainable Practice: At Bristol Pottery Workshops we prioritise sustainability! You can recycle glazes before an item is fired, and so we encourage you to recycle any glazes you don’t want to use.
