The soil here is predominantly clay-limestone and while the climate is Mediterranean, the wines possess exquisite freshness and tension as a consequence of the vines being grown on a single large north-facing slope. In 3 litre bag-in-box, the Emergency Juice Blanc is an un-fined and unfiltered blanc de noirs blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Sauvignon Blanc. A beautifully textured wine with bright stone fruit and herbal characteristics and a zippy, clean finish.
