Since our furniture is handcrafted to order by our Amish Woodworkers, it can take time to make sure it is done right. The estimated build time is 20-24 weeks from the time the order is placed. But don't worry... it will be well worth the wait! (Note: Lead times may vary and could be more or less than the estimated build time depending on material supplies and current workload of the wood shop.) SHIPPING & DELIVERY Your furniture will be delivered by a professional furniture delivery company. Once your order is complete and picked up by the delivery company, they will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. When you are placing your order, there will be 2 different delivery options available. (See below) Curbside Delivery - Free The first option is standard "Curbside Delivery", which means the delivery company will unload the furniture from the truck at the end of your driveway and may bring it up to your house, but not inside. White Glove (Inside) Delivery - $99 For customers that need help bringing their furniture inside, we also offer an upgraded "White Glove" delivery option. The delivery team will unload your furniture, bring it into your home, and place it in the location of your choosing. PLEASE NOTE: pool table assembly and installation are not included with White Glove In-Home Delivery. Professional installation should be arranged separately by the customer through a third-party pool table installer. PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION RECOMMENDED Pool tables require assembly and installation after delivery. Due to the size, weight, and precision required for proper setup and leveling, The Wood Reserve strongly recommends hiring a professional pool table installer. Professional installation helps ensure your table is properly assembled, leveled, and prepared for accurate play. Pool table assembly and installation are not included with Curbside or White Glove In-Home Delivery unless specifically stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for arranging installation and ensuring adequate space and access for delivery and setup. INFORMATION TO CONSIDER Before ordering, please confirm that your room provides adequate space for the table, including comfortable cue clearance on all sides. Be sure to also verify that doorways, hallways, stairways, and other access points can accommodate the table components during delivery. For reference, when using a standard 58" cue, commonly recommended minimum room sizes are approximately 13'4" × 16'10" for a 7' table, 13'8" × 17'4" for an 8' table, and 14'2" × 18' for a 9' table. Recommended room dimensions may vary depending on the table's playing surface dimensions and cue length.
