Curried Pickled Zucchini

This unique pickle is made with a vinegar sweetened by local honey and organic Wisconsin zucchini. We use small, tender yellow/green zucchinis from a small local farm to create this crisp, delicious spin on your average pickle. Not spicy, but full of flavor to keep life interesting. A great addition to your charcuterie board, spring salad, or right out of the jar.
