For this limited creation, the brewery selected precious Gui Fei Oolong harvested in 2013 and matured for more than a decade. The aged tea leaves are gently infused in sake over several days, allowing their deeply evolved aromas to slowly integrate into the sake. Harmony of Flavors Gui Fei Oolong develops its distinctive honeyed character naturally through the interaction of tea leaves with the tea green leafhopper.
