Purple Fluorite Bowl from Argentina

Carved from purple fluorite from Argentina, this substantial bowl draws the eye with bands of deep lavender and a lighter rim. Look inside to find its most distinctive detail: a pale purple eye-like circle at the bottom. Set it on a shelf or table where the shifting tones can be appreciated up close.A little fluorite loreFluorite has a long history as a decorative stone, prized for its range of colors and used in carved objects for centuries. In modern crystal lore, purple fluorite is associated with clarity and calm. Those associations are traditions, not promises of any particular effect; this bowl’s real magic is in its natural color and pattern.Details Origin: Argentina Approximate size: 8 × 6 × 2½ inches Weight: just over 3 pounds
