Valair NV5600 Quiet Disc Clutch Kit | 01-05 5.9 Cummins

The Valair Street Dual Disc offers a substantially more holding power with wider range of use over a single disc while retaining similar driving characteristics to the factory clutch. This clutch features a 3800LB diaphragm style pressure plate which results in a relatively soft, factory like feel at the pedal for a much more comfortable driving experience. Quiet Clutch: This clutch has proven in testing to be the answer to the center plate noise that our customers have been asking for. The drive straps installed from the floater plate to the flywheel will eliminate rattle when the clutch pedal is pressed in. This clutch requires extra care during the installation to ensure that the drive straps are properly installed. CLUTCH OPTIONS: Organic Material: The Organic discs are ideal for trucks from stock to 550HP that tow heavy on a regular basis. Clutch engagement will be very close to stock feel. (Not Recommended For Racing/Competition Use) Ceramic Material: The Ceramic discs are designed for those that need a little extra holding power with a rating of up to 650HP. This clutch has a slightly more aggressive feel to the engagement although it will handle more heat/abuse.
