Help a cat. 💜 We’re delighted to once again be raising money for our feline friends — and this time we’re supporting Purrple Cat Rescue, a small but very worthy registered cat rescue charity based in Glasgow. Purrple Cat Rescue is a registered Scottish charity (Charity No. SC054078), dedicated to the care of rescue cats in Glasgow and the surrounding areas, with a focus on advancing cat welfare. If you’re visiting Glasgow, make sure you pop into the Purrple Cat Rescue, where resident rescue cats are part of the cafe team! £12 from every kit goes to Purrple Cat Rescue For every kit purchased, 50% of the net kit price — £12 per kit — will be donated directly to Purrple Cat Rescue. So while you’re enjoying some relaxing needle felting and creating your own little cat picture, you’ll also be helping cats in need. 🐾 Choose your cat There are two kits to choose from — Light or Dark. 🐱 Light Cat Kit Make one cat picture, choosing between: Sitting upright or crouched/loaf Ginger tabby, tortoiseshell or white cat 🐱 Dark Cat Kit Make one cat picture, choosing between: Sitting upright or crouched/loaf Grey or brown patterned cat, black cat or grey cat Join us for a virtual make-along We’ll be hosting a virtual make-along on Monday 26 October — a lovely opportunity to make your cat alongside fellow Makerss while raising money for a very good cause. Everything you need to make your chosen cat design: Wool in a variety of colours Water-soluble paper Glue-in eyes Embroidery hoop frame Felt backing sheet — pale lilac for the Light cats and lilac for the Dark cats Full set of printed instructions Don’t have felting tools? If you don’t already have needle felting needles and a felting mat, please choose the kit with tools. If you’re buying more than one kit, you only need to purchase the tools once — you can use the same set for all your kits. Create something beautiful.
