How peony roses behave in a vaseThe peony rose arrives half closed and needs room warmth to open all its petals; in cool conditions, it remains tightly closed. Do not force the flower open by hand, as the outer petals will tear and will not recover. Change the water daily and cut one centimeter off the stem each time: a heavy bloom needs a constant flow of water.
