Our seafood gumbo — Gulf shrimp, crab and okra — frozen at the market in a pint, quart or gallon, ready to pick up at Southern Shells in Grand Bay. Local pickup only; we don't ship it.It's the same gumbo we serve by the cup. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, then warm in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring now and then, until it's hot through (165°F).Pint is 2 cups · quart is 4 cups · gallon is 16 cups. Keep frozen. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days; don't refreeze.Pick up inside Greer's, 10120 Grand Bay Wilmer Rd, Grand Bay — Mon–Sat, 11am–7pm.
